VoPro production recap and full-length starting assembly

Prepared October 3, 2026. This replaces the earlier shortened runtime proposal. Alex selects all cuts. No current source has been trimmed, accelerated, or omitted to fit a time target. The current corrected takes are used; superseded/rejected versions are excluded from the editor and public review collection.

What exists now

- 51 current generated clips, about 7:53 of source footage: construction ambience, aerials, voice capture, review, photo documentation, and character outcomes. Inclusion does not mean every clip has final approval.

- Five licensed Adobe clips, 2:23 total, now available as full-length silent web previews. Original MOV files stay local.

- Three complete, annotated browser mockups made from the supplied VoPro and Procore captures. They include presenter steps with automatic one-time animation, branded opening and ending titles, transfer confirmation, two browser windows, calm transitions, cursor guidance, acceptance feedback, selected tabs, voice animation, brand colors/type, and the watermark/instruction layout.

- A new blurred-footage background variant, available in the editor and as a standalone workflow preview. The existing desktop variant remains available.

- Final design-kit Voice to Mark animation, organized brand assets, supplied backdrop artwork, and four 192 kbps music previews on the review site.

- Script/source comparison, the October 2 meeting remux, timestamped transcript, and walkthrough image kit from earlier work.

- A shared review portal and a shot-order editor with a full-length starting arrangement, previews, manual trims, reorder/add/remove, undo, browser saving, edit-file import/export, and shot-list export.

These are a substantial source library and working simulations. They are not yet the three finished module films or the final play loop master.

Initial timing — all current footage, uncut

Sequence · Current story footage · Complete product mockup · Starting runtime

Daily Log · 1:50 · 2:24 · 4:14

Observation · 1:26 · 2:26 · 3:52

RFI · 1:21 · 1:14 · 2:35

Complete play loop assembly · All 51 current generated clips + all 5 licensed clips · All three complete mockups · 16:47

The play loop also includes the final design-kit 9.1-second Voice to Mark animation three times, in full. These totals count actual web-review clip durations and the mockups' scene holds; UI transitions and browser loading add time. Browser previews are not frame-accurate final renders. No two-minute limit has been applied. The approximately 20-second dashboard intros remain an editing goal for Alex, not an automatic cut.

All 51 current generated shots and all five licensed shots occur exactly once in this starting play loop. Superseded brand prototypes have been removed from the library. The three module groups are linked: editing a module updates its place in the play loop.

Starting module order

Every listed shot uses its complete current review take. Existing earlier corrections are preserved, including the previously corrected 9.125-second Shot 30 review take. Editing masters remain unchanged.

- Daily Log: 20 → 17 → 21 → 22 → 23 → 24 → 44 → 01 → 31 → 30 → 36 → complete Daily Log mockup → 67.

- Observation: 25 → 04 → 05 → 06 → 37 → 26 → 45 → 27 → 47 → complete Observation mockup → 68.

- RFI: 03 → 10 → 28 → 09 → 39 → 32 → 29 → 48 → complete RFI mockup → 69.

This is a selectable starting arrangement, not a locked edit or a claim that every shot matches the newest story. Some footage was generated for older scripts. In particular, RFI shots 03/10/28 concern duct/beam coordination; the current mockup concerns after-hours access. Shot 20 shows a delivery, while the current October 2 Daily Log says there were no deliveries. MEP footage is earlier-story context. These remain visible, with source notes, for Alex to decide how to use them.

Starting play loop order

1. Branding → Daily Log chapter: Voice to Mark → 18 → 56 → 63 → complete Daily Log sequence → 60 → 64 → 65 → licensed Outdoor coordination → licensed Senior manager.

2. Branding → Observation chapter: Voice to Mark → 19 → 59 → 53 → complete Observation sequence → 62 → 66 → licensed Site opening.

3. Branding → RFI chapter: Voice to Mark → 50 → 51 → 55 → complete RFI sequence → 52 → 57 → 58 → 54 → 61 → 13 → licensed Team discussion → licensed Site business discussion → return to the first branding section.

This keeps the proposed broad-to-close-to-workflow rhythm while retaining all material. The long tails provide everything for Alex's edit rather than forcing one or two ambience shots now. Existing Shot 50 supplies a third aerial opening option; Shot 52 is another overhead option. A new flyover is not needed to begin arranging the sequence.

What still needs producing

Contract area · Current position · Remaining work

3.1 Brand/activation assets · Brand system applied; final Voice to Mark animation and artwork organized · Finish chosen brand sections and consistent final title/QR placements; confirm public-facing claims

3.2 Play loop · Source footage and full-length editable preview assembly · Alex's shot selection, final pacing, branding sections, music choice/mix, loop seam, and final local playback export

3.3 Three module videos · Context footage plus complete annotated HTML mockups · Alex's story cuts, final assembly of context + UI, content approval, and three booth-ready video exports

3.4 Playback/booth integration · Review portal and basic workflow launcher · Final visitor-facing dashboard/cover images, Alex's chosen short intros, play loop-to-module/live-demo handoff, reset behavior, offline fallback, and one hardware A/V rehearsal

3.5 Technical readiness · Visible workflow is substantially built · Final product-detail validation with Jeffrey, display/readability checks, and a documented dependency/limitation list

3.6 QR codes · No final tested QR package found among the reviewed outputs · Confirm website and questionnaire/signup destinations; create screen/print assets and scan-test them

3.7 Handoff · Organized review assets and editable browser sources · Final videos, agreed transferable sources, QR destination list, playback/reset guide, and known limitations

The browser demo uses captured and simulated screen states; it does not certify the live VoPro-to-Procore integration. Jeffrey's latest walkthrough remains the source for RFI 007 after-hours access, October 2 mobilization/protection, and the dust-barrier Observation with separate photo acceptance/manual attachment and Ready For Review status.

The contract's stated target was October 2 for the October 3–5 event. The practical remaining priority is to lock Alex's edits, finish the event playback package, and test it on the intended hardware. CRM/funnel implementation and repair of the underlying products are not part of this production checklist.

MP4 exports of mockups and finished films remain paused. WebM files are full-length review proxies; licensed-footage MP4 fallbacks are also previews. Continuity replacements for Shots 05, 23, 26 and 27 are included; generation estimates are recorded separately.

Using the editor

1. Open a module tab. Preview any shot, move it up/down or drag it, and set In/Out only when you choose a cut.

2. Preview the full module, including its complete product mockup. Choose blurred footage or the desktop behind the windows.

3. Open Play loop to arrange its surrounding shots. The complete-module blocks use the current module edits.

4. Use Save edit file to share or back up your order. Edits save locally in that browser, not to a shared server. Use Shot list for the expanded timed CSV.

Undo restores changes. Restore this sequence returns only the open sequence to its full-length starting order. Source footage is never overwritten.
